Regular support hours are from 8:00AM to 6:00PM EST 5 days per week. Daylight savings time is observed.

Premium support contracts of up to 7/24 can be negotiated.

Our facility is protected by a 7.5KW generator and multiple stage UPS for Y2K contingencies. The mainframe and the phones will always be available unless there is a scheduled outage. (or our ISP has an outage ;)

Consulting services to install and configure the DragonFly server are available within the greater Toronto area and abroad as negotiated.
